Great location near the beach and shopping. I loved the convenience of the nearby ABC store for snacks and essentials. The staff helped me find my way around easily and were accommodating when I needed assistance. My room was decent. however, the mattress felt quite firm—almost like sleeping on a board at times, not the smoothest for a restful night. The shower had strong pressure, which I enjoyed, but I found the towels were a bit worn out. I also noticed some areas could use better cleaning, especially the dining tables in the lobby. Overall, if you're looking for affordability in a prime location with decent amenities, this hotel works well but could definitely use a touch-up in certain areas.

Great Family Getaway with a Few Hiccups
We enjoyed the family suite with a partial ocean view, but housekeeping was inconsistent. The onsite restaurant provided delicious meals, making it easy to dine without leaving the hotel. A quick tip, consider requesting extra towels in advance if you're staying for multiple nights.

We enjoyed visiting Tumon Beach for some relaxation and family fun. The location is perfect, close to restaurants and shopping. Plus, the staff were accommodating when we brought our non-service dog along, which made our stay much easier.
In my wife’s opinion, the room cleanliness wasn’t great.

The Deluxe Single Room was cozy and inviting. It had a clean tub which was a nice touch. Parking was usually available, and the convenience store in the building was a plus. However, the mattress felt old and the springs were a bit uncomfortable. Not the best if you’re a light sleeper, but otherwise, the stay was decent. The front desk staff were friendly, which helped a lot!

pleasant stay overall with room for improvement
The check-in process was surprisingly smooth despite my room not being ready initially. the staff quickly made up for it by providing an unexpected lower rate. I particularly enjoyed the stunning city view from my triple room, which made my mornings vibrant. The location is close to shopping and dining options, making it a convenient stay for exploring the area.
